Hillside Tranquil Retreat is composed of two independent units and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The main unit is spread over two floors and features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bright dining room, and a cozy living area with a smart TV. On the ground floor, there is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest room with a comfortable double sofa bed. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level.
Upstairs, guests will find a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
The second unit, with its own entrance, offers a small yet comfortable living room with a smart TV and a kitchenette. It includes a king-size bedroom, a children’s room with bunk beds, and a large wheelchair-accessible bathroom. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space on request.

Hillside Tranquil Retreat’s outdoor spaces are designed for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. The centerpiece is a stunning infinity pool, heated on request, overlooking the rolling Umbrian hills. Multiple outdoor seating areas, shaded by pergolas or surrounded by greenery, are perfect for al fresco dining or simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere.
Guests can also enjoy a professional wood-fired pizza oven, a barbecue area, and a well-maintained garden ideal for family gatherings. For children, there is a dedicated play area with swings, a slide, and a trampoline, ensuring fun for all ages.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
