Interiors

The Perugia Design Villa consists of a main house and a cottage, accommodating a total of 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms.

Main House

The main house forms an L shape, with the fortified house together with the clock tower. All rooms has been meticulously decorated with special attention to detail, creating elegant and stylish interiors. The main staircase is unique in its location exterior to the house, separated from the outside by glass.

An entrance area greets guests and also features a guest toilet. On the ground floor, guests will find a large kitchen with a gorgeous stone arch. It is fully equipped, including gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with ice dispenser and a TV.
Guests will also find an elegant sitting room with a large table seating 12 guests and access to the outside terrace. Further on is the living room with a fireplace, charming wooden beamed ceiling and lovely decor. This room also benefits from access to the garden. One of the double bedrooms features on the ground floor. With its king size bed, it also includes an en suite bathroom and independent access to the garden and courtyard. The bathroom features a unique bathtub for guests’ maximum comfort.

On the first floor, guests will find another comfortable living room with a charming fireplace. Two other double bedrooms feature on this floor, both with an en suite bathroom. The first one is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a king size bed and windows on three different walls for plenty of light. Guests will also find a dressing room and lounge/study, with a TV. The other bedroom sits on the first floor of the tower and also features a comfortable king size bed.

On the second and last floor sit the two final bedrooms of the house. The first double bedroom is on the top floor of the tower and features an en suite bathroom. The second one is accessed through a steel staircase from the living room of the first floor, and also features an en suite bathroom.

Cottage

The cottage, on request, features the final double bedroom with its king size bed and en suite bathroom. Other rooms of the cottage include a living room with a TV and a cooking corner. It also features a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron.

A Wifi connection and alarm system feature throughout the main house as well as the cottage. Furthermore, air conditioning and heating features in all the bedrooms for maximum comfort regardless of the season.

Exteriors

A gorgeous garden encircles the Castello di Reschio Arrighi villa. Filled with evergreen oaks, olive trees, Judas trees, magnolia, shrubs and aromatic plants, it is a true oasis of peace overlooking the stunning countryside. An enchanting infinity pool surrounded by deckchairs also allows guests to admire the views. Next to this pool, guests will find a little stone house with a shower, toilet and changing area.

An automatic gate with a path leads guests to the front of the Villa. Just outside the main house are several sitting areas, some on the terrace next to a small decorative pool. A separate shaded area features a dining table seating 12 people for guests to enjoy their meals outside. Guests will also find an outside oven, for cooking roasts, bread or pizza.

The garden furthermore features a shed, and a parking area with a 4 car capacity.

Location

Reschio farmhouses are sanctuaries hidden from the outside world, part of a thriving, working estate with its stables, winery, olive groves, clay pigeon shoots, tennis courts and private ‘Osteria and Bottega’. These estates are one of a kind, providing numerous activities like: private horse riding lessons, morning hikes through the quiets hills, private one-to-one pasta-making lessons and wine tastings hosted by local wine experts. On top of the on-site activities, the knowledgeable estate office can arrange mountain bike tours, painting classes, art history excursions to Chianti vineyards or ancient towns of Umbria and Tuscany.
