The Countryside Panoramic Villa has an elegant and contemporary style, where every piece of furniture is hand-picked to bring you top-notch comforts and amenities.The main house has an extensive and bright living area, thanks to its large windows through which a generous amount of light enters. A cozy fireplace space characterises the living room. Adjacent to it, you will find the dining area, equipped with a large rectangular table for ten people and comfortable and stylish chairs.
Following through, you will find a professional open space kitchen generously lit by a large window.
The Countryside Panoramic Villa offers 6 bedrooms, which are designed differently but have a memorable style and classic Italian flair. Furnished with a king-size bed and comfortable sofa, each room has its own bathroom with bath and shower. Stylish decoration with warm colours gives you an immediate feeling of well-being.
On the Ground Floor, you will find the bright double ensuite bedroom with a special door-window, which also gives direct access to the garden.
On the First Floor of the Main house, you will find 3 double ensuite bedrooms defined by the same clean and bright style of the living area and where the predominant color is white.
In the dependence, separated from the house, you will find other 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms which have been recently renovated, and offer stunning Umbrian views over the valley and the vineyards.
The Countryside Panoramic Villa is placed on the top of the hill with a scenic 360° view, surrounded by evocative vineyards and dreamlike landscapes.
The view on each side of the house is truly breathtaking and takes your sight overall Umbria and its vineyards. Everything seems suspended with the succession of amazing spaces like a patio, a greenhouse, and an infinity pool that is visually striking.
The terrace is over 300m2 large, is made of precious tiled Italian stone, and delivers a comfortable “al fresco” stay to enjoy the breathtaking view and sunset. You will find cozy sofas and can relax in the sun or you can have a delightful dinner at the elegant table, just a few steps from the garden.
All these things create a magical setting. Every external space is liveable and shareable and is treated like a unique setting, where the utmost attention is paid to every detail.
Immersed in the green hills of Umbria, the villa is situated in the area of the middle valley of the Tevere river, Countryside Panoramic Villa vineyard is located at an altitude of 450 m. above sea level. Extending over 65 hectares, of which 6.5 are dedicated to the production of grapes, for its position it benefits from a microclimate favourable to the vine.
Around the villa, you will find endless pathways that are just waiting to be explored on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback, while medieval villages are less than half an hour’s drive away.
In just a 10-minute drive you can reach the wonderful Marsciano, a typical Umbrian town where you can find lovely historic churches, cozy bars, and good restaurants.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
