Interiors

The main farmhouse unfolds over two floors in an L-shaped layout. Windows open toward Lake Trasimeno on one side and onto a quiet garden courtyard on the other, ensuring bright and balanced interiors throughout the day.

Inside, antique terracotta floors, pietra serena stone, river stones, and walnut wood define the architecture. Meanwhile, steel, glass, and iron details add a subtle modern contrast. Antique family furniture sits alongside modern design pieces and designer lighting, creating warm and welcoming spaces.

The farmhouse offers five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, along with two generous living areas and two fireplaces. On the ground floor, an open-plan living room with dining area opens onto the garden and a covered terrace with lake views. Nearby, the professional kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both everyday use and entertaining. Upstairs, additional living areas enjoy elevated views, while the primary suite features an antechamber, a mezzanine with a two-person jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom. Several rooms include air conditioning or ceiling fans.

A restored hayloft provides independent accommodation, with a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Exteriors

Outdoor living plays a central role at Lake Trasimeno Enchanting Farmhouse. The swimming pool sits within an ancient olive grove and blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. From this area, views extend toward Lake Trasimeno, Polvese Island, and Castel di Zocco. The pool features wide steps, a shallow wading area, and shaded pergolas, creating an inviting space for both relaxation and leisure.

The fully fenced garden spans approximately 20,000 square meters and was designed in collaboration with a British landscape architect, using mainly native fragrant plants. A former henhouse between the main buildings supports outdoor living, offering a covered space with basic kitchen facilities, a barbecue, and a wisteria-covered pergola with a large stone table. A sheltered parking area for up to five cars remains discreetly hidden from the house.
