Villa da Eva offers six spacious bedrooms and five well-appointed bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The villa is thoughtfully divided into three distinct zones, each with a private entrance and terrace. These areas are interconnected, offering guests both privacy and inviting shared spaces.
At the heart of the home is a large kitchen and dining area, where friends and family can gather around a massive wooden table. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Bercel slicing machine for prosciutto and Tuscan salami, and a BEZZERA coffee maker for the perfect espresso.
Upstairs, guests will find a second cozy living room — ideal for reading, relaxing, or watching a movie. For those working remotely, the villa offers fast Wi-Fi (100 Mb+), ensuring a seamless balance between leisure and productivity.
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features two king-size beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds, offer serene views over the garden and valley. One ground-floor bedroom opens onto a private patio with comfortable seating, ideal for quiet mornings. The upstairs bedrooms are conveniently located near bathrooms equipped with showers and bathtubs.
Exteriors
The outdoor spaces at Villa da Eva are just as inviting as the interiors. A 10 x 5 meter saltwater pool provides a refreshing way to cool off while enjoying panoramic views of the countryside. Five terraces allow you to lounge or dine outdoors, offering plenty of options for every part of the day.
In addition, the villa has a fully equipped summer outdoor kitchen, which makes alfresco dining a joy. It includes a fridge, running water, a gas cooker, a grill, and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. You can enjoy your meals at a beautiful marble table, shaded by mature trees.
The well-maintained garden is filled with lavender, olive trees, and aromatic herbs. A gazebo offers a peaceful, shaded spot for reading or simply relaxing outdoors. The property also has covered parking for up to three vehicles.

Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
