Interiors
Villa Parco del Principe extends across four levels, each restored with care and balance. On the ground floor, guests enter through a bright entrance hall that leads to the main living areas. The formal dining room, the study, the TV room, and the large living room with a marble fireplace create welcoming spaces for relaxing and gathering. A modern and fully equipped kitchen completes this floor, offering everything needed for comfortable meal preparation.
The first floor includes four elegant bedrooms. Three double rooms feature convertible beds measuring 210 cm x 200 cm and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and overhead and handheld showers. The Honeymoon Suite offers a convertible double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a generous shower and a separate bathtub. Because of its size and layout, this suite is ideal for guests seeking additional privacy.
The second floor forms an independent apartment. It includes two queen bedrooms, each with a French-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The Master Bedroom features a convertible double bed measuring 260 cm x 200 cm, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a large double shower cabin. Thanks to this layout, the apartment works very well for families or small groups wanting extra independence.
The top floor is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. Here, guests will find a private fitness room with a sauna, perfect for yoga, stretching, or quiet moments after a day of exploring.
Exteriors
Villa Parco del Principe is surrounded by a vast private park designed to offer quiet and privacy. Tall pine trees, landscaped gardens, and wide lawns create a peaceful and natural setting. Several outdoor corners are available for reading, resting, or enjoying the landscape.
A covered loggia provides an elegant spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors. Nearby, the heated swimming pool sits in a sunny area of the estate. It includes a pool bar and an outdoor kitchen, making it easy to prepare light meals or serve aperitivi throughout the day. In addition, scenic pathways wind through the gardens, and the estate’s olive grove highlights the villa’s connection to the local land.
Location
Parco del Principe is located near Chiusi, at the southern edge of the Val d’Orcia. This UNESCO World Heritage area is known for its rolling hills, cypress-lined roads, and timeless landscapes. The villa enjoys a strategic position between Tuscany and Umbria, making it easy for guests to visit both regions.
Within a short drive, visitors can reach Pienza, Montepulciano, and Bagno Vignoni. These towns offer Renaissance architecture, thermal waters, and traditional food and wine. Città della Pieve is also nearby and provides colourful alleys and artistic heritage. Moreover, Siena, Arezzo, and Florence can be reached comfortably for day trips. The villa therefore serves as an ideal base for exploring central Italy while returning each evening to a private and tranquil retreat.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
