Interiors

The interiors of Conti Galgani Luxury Estate have been renovated with a modern touch while preserving the villa’s historical beauty. Designed in 2021, the villa features handcrafted furniture and a blend of traditional and contemporary elements. The spacious living areas include a cozy living room with a stone fireplace, a smart TV, and PlayStation 4. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, including two dishwashers, a side-by-side fridge with an ice dispenser, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The ground floor also features a small gym with Technogym equipment, an indoor pool with hydro massage, and a covered veranda with a dining area. The first floor has three large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a twin bed are also available. On the second floor, a spacious king-size suite offers a luxurious bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a sofa bed.

The guest house includes a bedroom with disabled access, a billiard room, and a bathroom.

Exteriors

Conti Galgani Luxury Estate’s exterior is as inviting as the interior. Surrounded by oak and cypress trees, it offers the perfect setting for relaxation. Guests can enjoy the 12×6 meter private pool, which is ideal for swimming or simply lounging. Poolside furniture is available for sunbathing or enjoying cocktails.

The garden features an ancient wood-burning oven and BBQ area, where guests can enjoy outdoor meals. A vegetable garden and aromatic plants add to the villa’s charm, providing fresh produce for those who want to taste the flavors of Tuscany.

Conti Galgani Luxury Estate is just 5 km from Sarteano, making it easy to explore nearby towns such as Chiusi, Montepulciano, and Pienza. Siena, San Gimignano, and Florence are also within reach, offering a taste of Italy’s rich history and culture. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
