La Maddalena Swimming Pool Villa features a stunning view over a deep blue sea. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining space. Here you can relax over a meal with your family and friends, or in front of the fireplace on some sofas. On this floor, you will also find a well-equipped kitchen. This will provide you with all the equipment you need to cook some delicious meals. This kitchen also leads you into the garden. Within the house, you will have access to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy a twin bedroom which offers a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. The interiors of the house create a cozy yet elegant ambiance, with whitewashed beams, stylish and clean cut furniture, and terracotta floors.

The well-kept, lush green garden provides a tranquil oasis for guests to enjoy. A highlight of the property is its private swimming pool, artfully integrated into the cliffs. Connected to the mainland by a narrow strip of land, the villa is just 7 km from the fishing village of Porto Santo Stefano and close to essential amenities, including a supermarket and a renowned local restaurant. The pristine Feniglia Beach and the picturesque village of Porto Ercole are also within easy reach, making this villa an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the Tuscan coast.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
