The villa has been recently restored in traditional Tuscan style, preserving its authentic charm while incorporating modern luxuries. Spread over three floors, it offers spacious living areas for guests to enjoy. On the ground floor, you’ll find the main entrance, leading into a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with fresh local ingredients. The adjacent lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, a 65” satellite TV, and a cozy fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. The floors feature elegant cream travertine, with classic Tuscan terracotta arches and wooden-beamed ceilings.
The first floor features five double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, and sink), minibar, and picturesque views of the park. In one of the bedrooms, two single beds can be arranged if needed. Two additional single beds can be added to other rooms for extra guests.
The lower floor offers a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a billiard table, and another fully equipped kitchen, making it an excellent space for wine tastings or casual gatherings. The villa’s wine cellar features a prestigious selection of Tuscan wines, including Montalcino, Chianti, and Montepulciano.
A separate suite complements the main villa, featuring a lounge, kitchen, and double bedroom with a private bathroom. The suite is ideal for additional guests who prefer more privacy.

A picturesque driveway lined with cypress trees welcomes you to the property. Outside, the villa boasts an infinity pool (12x4m), equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, and a gazebo for outdoor dining. A fully equipped BBQ area with a pizza oven is perfect for al fresco dinners.
Guests can enjoy the villa’s organic vegetable garden, where they are free to pick fresh produce during their stay. The grounds also include a private five-a-side football and volleyball area, ensuring entertainment for both children and adults.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
