The main villa in Lo Sbarcatello Exclusive Escape spans two levels with a layout designed for both comfort and elegance. On the first floor, you’ll find a 60-square-meter master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower. There are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One includes both a bathtub and a shower, while the other offers a walk-in shower. A quiet study completes the upper floor, providing a peaceful space to read or work.
On the ground floor, the villa includes another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. There is also a single bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a private shower bathroom. The spacious living areas include a triple reception room and a cozy reading room with a piano and a sofa bed. In addition, there’s a large kitchen and a guest bathroom, making this level perfect for socializing and everyday living.
Lo Sbarcatello Exclusive Escape opens onto a lush Mediterranean garden, designed for outdoor living and relaxation. A large dining table allows guests to enjoy meals in the open air. Moreover, the outdoor hot tub provides a quiet spot to unwind, surrounded by the greenery of the private estate.
The first guesthouse is a 60-square-meter open-plan studio. It features a double bed, living area, and bathroom with shower. This space is perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. The second guesthouse includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, a sitting area, and a kitchen with a washing machine. Both are thoughtfully designed for comfort and independence.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
