Interior

Todi Spa Resort consists of a main villa, three guest houses and an independent cottage. Opposite the main house, there is a generously sized arbour with access to the kitchen and living room.

The Main Villa sleeps 8 to 11 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Set over two floors, it features a living room with a large fireplace, a game room with bar area, a TV room with air conditioning, two guest bathrooms, a very large dining room with large windows opening onto the garden, a large fully equipped professional kitchen and a storage room. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, accessed via an outdoor entrance and 10 steps.

Close to the main villa, Rosa Bianca Guest House sleeps 10 to 11 guests across five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The accommodation includes double and twin bedrooms, with some bedrooms offering a single sofa bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Rosa Arancio Guest House is a ground-floor depandance with one bedroom and one bathroom, sleeping 2 to 3 guests. The bedroom has a double bed, a single sofa bed, air conditioning, TV and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin in the tub.

Located between the main villa and the entrance gate, Rosa Rossa Guest House sleeps 8 guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ground-floor bedrooms include both double and twin configurations, all with en-suite bathrooms.

Cottage Olivi is an independent two-bedroom accommodation sleeping 4 to 5 guests, with two bathrooms, a garden and equipped patio. Its kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a single sofa bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin in the tub. An additional single bed is located on the mezzanine in the living room.

Exteriors

The Resort is surrounded by a panoramic garden full of cypresses, olive trees and carefully-manicured lawns. Guests will discover countless idyllic places to relax in the shade of the trees and enjoy the breathtaking view of the unspoiled nature. Several dining tables for “al fresco” dinners are available. In addition to the common outdoor spaces, each villa has its own private garden, ideal for enjoying a moment of privacy. Equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, the swimming pool boasts breathtaking views over a verdant panorama.

Location

The resort is located within the Monte Peglia and Selva di Meana Natural Park, recently recognized as a MAB Unesco World Biosphere Reserve. It is one of the most unspoiled and unquestionably beautiful corners of Umbria, easily accessible from Rome and Florence. Wine tastings, bike tours, horseback riding, jeep tours and truffle hunting are just some of the classic activities in the area. The closest center is the small, characteristic village of Doglio, where guests will find a bar, a restaurant and groceries. The village of Todi, with its splendid medieval architecture and its delicious Umbrian restaurants, is 25 minutes away from the resort, and Orvieto, famous for its Duomo and the handicraft shops that line its lively “corso”, is about 50 minutes away. Another ideal destination for a day trip is the scenic town of Civita di Bagnoregio, which is perched on a pinnacle within a grand canyon.
