Interiors
Original stone walls, tiled cotto floors and exposed wooden beams are the outstanding features of this property. The tower maintains a sense of timelessness, giving the impression that you are travelling back to a bygone era. The bright living room has its own fireplace and elegant furnishings. It has comfortable sofas and antique furniture. Close to the living room, you will find a separate dining room. This offers guests a dining table that accommodates up to 6 people. This space also has French windows that open out onto the garden. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and dish washer. It also provides plenty of cooking utensils. Furthermore in the basement you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
This Trasimeno swimming pool villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. Each of these has an en suite bathroom. The first two rooms have king size beds. Both of these can separate into single beds. Finally the last bedroom (perfect as a children’s room) has two bunk beds.
Exteriors
The garden of the property is truly unique. It has unforgettable views over the surrounding Umbrian countryside. In front of the living room, you will find the outdoor lounge area and a further dining table. A large parasol provides shade. This area also has a barbecue area with a table that seats up to 8 people. Relaxing on the beautiful terrace on top of the tower you’ll feel like you’re on the top of the world, with a 360° view out over Umbria. The swimming pool (measuring 6×15 metres) also has sun-beds, parasols and a Jacuzzi.
Location
This Trasimeno swimming pool villa is in the countryside of Perugia. It is in the heart of a historic estate, which has been in the same family for generations. Built on the ruins of the estate’s medieval defence tower, the villa has a breathtaking heated infinity swimming pool. There is also a private landscaped garden and a terrace that boasts panoramic views. These overlook the gently sloping wooded hills of this unspoiled area of Umbria. This Trasimeno villa is also very close to a 18-hole championship golf course.

Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceVAT included. Unlimited use of high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours. Maid Service 6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays. Full gardening and pool cleaning service. Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested and subject to weather conditions. Pool heating is not available from November to April. Outdoor Jacuzzi always heated. Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available. 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop. Welcome hamper with Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
