The property extends across five levels and combines original stonework, terracotta floors, wooden beams and grand fireplaces with modern comforts. The property accommodates up to ten guests and is rented exclusively.

Description
Interiors
At entrance level, guests will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large central island. Next to it, the dining room reflects the historic character of the house with its impressive stone fireplace. This floor also includes a laundry room and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, La Storia and La Loggia offer two spacious double bedrooms. La Storia features high ceilings, antique furnishings, a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Meanwhile, La Loggia has a four-poster bed, sitting area and small private terrace. Its en-suite bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub.
The second floor offers three additional bedrooms. La Civetta is a bright twin room with two single beds. Il Falco features a French-size bed and enjoys direct views over the Valle dei Calanchi. Finally, La Trifora is a spacious double bedroom with a fireplace and private balcony. Its distinctive three-arched stone window frames the surrounding landscape.
All five bedrooms offer air conditioning, TV, minibar, coffee machine and kettle.
In addition, the lower levels contain around 220 sqm of cellars and rooms carved into the tuff rock. Roman-era columns, capitals and stone elements remain visible throughout these historic spaces.
Exteriors
Outside, Bagnoregio Historic Residence features a private garden of approximately 260 sqm overlooking the Valle dei Calanchi.
Furthermore, the garden level houses a wellness area inside an ancient Roman cistern. It includes a heated pool, hydromassage and a counter-current swimming system. A service kitchen and an additional bathroom are also available on this level.
Location
Bagnoregio Historic Residence sits in Civita, overlooking the spectacular Valle dei Calanchi.
The village is accessible only via its famous pedestrian bridge. Therefore, guests’ luggage travels separately and arrives directly at the residence. In addition, guests who need assistance can arrange a dedicated local transport service in advance.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
