Within the walls of Tirrenian Wine Estate | Lazio, guests will discover a serene retreat of understated luxury. The ground floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as inviting living rooms decorated with curated contemporary pieces and traditional design. The estate boasts a professional-grade kitchen used exclusively by the villa’s private chef, while a separate kitchenette is available for guests’ light preparations.

Ascending through the main villa, guests will find five additional double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms featuring travertine showers and bathtubs. The romantic tower floor houses an intimate double suite with sweeping views of the estate’s vineyards and gardens. Tirrenian Wine Estate | Lazio accommodates up to 14 guests in total comfort.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

Not included in the price

A €3,000 advance is requested prior to arrival to cover groceries and wines. At the end of the stay, any unused balance will be fully refunded. Utilities: Gas for Pool Heating (free of charge up to seven (7) days; Gas charges begin in the next week of the rental (It is based on consumption), approximately EUR 450 - 600 per week Food shopping and Wines; Assistant Cook 4h p/day (weekly) € 600 4 h p/day (weekly); Please Note: the villa has a totally 'industrial/professional' kitchen, only a professional Chef can use it. Additional Staff member (each per 8 hours a day) € 170 Staff overtime (per hours) € 25 Note: We advise guests to hire at least 1 or 2 extra maids and 1 assistant cook to have all the services that guests renting this type of Villa are used to.
