Interiors

Hidden in the Roman countryside, our Tuscia Country House Retreat is a unique and elegant gem. Built on two floors, the villa enjoys a luxurious interior with plenty of light and space. The bright windows overlooking the garden, the exposed wooden beams and the design furnishing make the house unique. On the ground floor guests will find a spacious living room with fireplace and a formal dining room featuring a precious wooden table. The modern kitchen also provides all the appliances and utensils you might need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

The sleeping area consists of 4 suites and a splendid bedroom with a breathtaking view of the Cathedral di Vetralla and the estate.

On the ground floor guests will find two suites, each with king size bed, private sitting area and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and direct access to the garden. 

On the first floor is the third suite with fireplace, queen size bed, lounge area, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. On the same floor is the forth suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. The last suite is on two levels and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids in a king size bed and two sofa beds. It has an en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and a lounge area.

Please note that one bedroom on the ground floor is disabled-accessible.

Exteriors

A 31-hectare estate surrounds the Lazio country house retreat. The estate produces its own olive oil. You can access the villa by a long private driveway lined with pine trees. At the entrance to the property you will see a beautiful courtyard. It offers an elegant wading pool and a private garden which backs onto the olive groves. It also has an outdoor garden dining area with a large stone table and chairs. Here, you will moreover find a shaded outdoor living area with sofas. This provides the perfect spot for enjoying sunset views with a drink in hand.

Location

You can find our Lazio Country House Retreat near Viterbo. It is about 5 kilometres north of the pretty hillside town of Vetralla in Lazio. Close by you will find the ancient city of Viterbo, famous for its medieval town centre and thermal baths. These supposedly have healing properties. The surrounding area is moreover dotted with beautiful towns and villages. Here you will also find ancient towers, churches, monuments and palaces all waiting to be explored. The Viterbo country house retreat is set on a hilltop overlooking the forests and countryside of this region. It has panoramic views of the stunning medieval church of San Francesco in Vetralla which stretch away to Montefiascone in the distance.
