Step inside Pescia Romana Swimming Pool Villa’s interiors and be greeted by a bright and airy living room. Also, a fully equipped kitchen completes the entrance. With its large windows that overlook the garden, the living room is the perfect spot to relax with family and friends. The villa offers four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Three modern bathrooms with showers complete the interior of the main villa.

The guest house is equally impressive, measuring 70 square metres and featuring a living room, kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom. With its direct access to the swimming pool area, guests can enjoy the best of both worlds – privacy and convenience. Whether you’re lounging on a sun lounger by the pool or dining al fresco under the pergola, this villa is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Exteriors

Outside, the villa’s surroundings are equally impressive. The swimming pool measures 18 by 4 metres and is surrounded by fragrant roses and flowers. The tennis/football court offers guests the opportunity to stay active and have fun in the sun. With a garden spanning 5 hectares, there’s plenty of space for children to play and explore. The villa also boasts an electric gate, parking area, and wifi access.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
