Appia Antica Green Loft Rome is a peaceful retreat surrounded by greenery and Roman history. Located among wide open fields and a private garden, this stylish loft brings nature to your doorstep. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lawn or take a cool bath under the summer sun.

From the moment you enter, the boho-chic decor and modern mezzanine stand out. The open layout gives a sense of space and freedom. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a gas stove, oven, utensils, and cookware. Moreover, the lounge area features a discreet fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings.

The living room feels bright and welcoming. It includes soft sofas, bohemian accents, and a handmade, DIY coffee table that adds personality. In addition, the dining area fits up to seven guests, ideal for sharing a meal or enjoying company.

A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom. From here, you can admire the landscape of Appia Antica. A queen-size bed, a freestanding bathtub, and a stylish sink create a relaxing environment. Furthermore, a wooden desk and chair offer a quiet space to work or reflect.

The lower floor has a sleek bathroom. It includes a glass-enclosed shower, a modern sink, a toilet, and a bidet. Altogether, the space blends comfort and contemporary style.

You can easily explore the area by bike, discovering ancient ruins, Christian catacombs, and charming countryside cafes. We recommend a visit to Lake Albano, just a short drive away and beloved as a papal summer retreat.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.

The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).

If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.

In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.

SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
