This Tuscany swimming pool villa features a saltwater swimming pool (15×4 mt., 1,40 mt. deep) overlooking the countryside and a pleasant pergola with outdoor dining table. The interiors are classic, with wooden ceilings and cotto floor. They consist of a double living room with fireplace. There are also enchanting frame windows and a spacious kitchen with breakfast table. Here you will additionally have access to the garden. There are also four double bedrooms (two twin and two double rooms) in the sleeping area. Each of these have an en-suite bathroom. Moreover, this stunningly located in a top UNESCO Italian site. The villa is ideal for families.
Exterior
The holiday rental lies secluded within in a very tranquil environment. Nature and the sprawling hills of Val d’Orcia surround this villa. An unpaved road leads about 2,5km from the main road to the house. Moreover, the 360° view from the villa is amazing, with the vineyards of Montalcino and the wooded hills of Tuscany in succession.
Location
Standing at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, this Tuscany swimming pool villa is located in Val d’Orcia. It is one of the most beautiful valleys in the region, extending from the hills of Siena to Monte Amiata. Gently cultivated hills, historic villages such as Pienza and Montalcino, delicious food and excellent wine make Val d’Orcia an authentic paradise. Consequently UNESCO World Heritage rank it in their lists. The valley “is an exceptional reflection of the way the landscape was re-written in Renaissance times to reflect the ideals of good governance and to create an aesthetically pleasing picture”.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
