Interiors
This Val d’Orcia swimming pool villa accommodates up to 14 guests (12 adults and 2 children). There are six bedrooms and one smaller side room. All bedrooms have air conditioning, internet, TV and their own bathroom. On the ground floor of the main structure there are two double bedrooms. In addition, there is one further bedroom with twin beds suitable for children. There is also a beautiful dining room with a large fireplace and wooden beam ceilings. It contains a dining table with space for all guests to eat together. This room enjoys direct access out onto the villa’s garden.
You can access the other two bedrooms on the ground floor by walking a few metres across to the garden annexe, which is composed of a living area with two double bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with shower. You will also find a kitchen on this floor equipped with a gas hob and everything else you could need to make your own delicious meals. On the first floor you will find a living room with comfortable sofas and an open fireplace. It has access to the terrace with tables and chairs. Finally, leading on from this living area are two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The property’s luxurious yet simple furnishings create an elegant atmosphere. The focus is on high-quality natural materials and striking pieces such as standalone bathtubs and open fireplaces.
Exteriors
The outside space of this Val d’Orcia swimming pool villa fits in harmoniously with its natural surroundings. Firstly, you will find a pergola in the garden which shelters a large dining table. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening meal out under the stars. You will also find the lovely heatable swimming pool in a secluded area of the garden, bordered by beds of fragrant flowers and herbs. A terrace surrounds it with sun beds and parasols. The garden also has a second shaded area alongside the pool. Here there are further sun beds for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking countryside views.
Around the proprierty you will find a gorgeous cottage, complete with smart tv, strong wifi connection, an ideal place to work or to spend time with the family. The area is completed with a Nintendo Wii console, wine and beer by consumption and a wood oven for pizza party with che Chef Francesco.
Location
This Val d’Orcia swimming pool villa enjoys an enviable position in one of the loveliest parts of southern Tuscany. It is located near the pretty town of San Casciano dei Bagni. Enjoy this town’s winding streets, charming squares and beautiful countryside views. You will find plenty of local restaurants, a spa and little cafés tucked away in side streets. The wider area surrounding this villa is renowned for its wine production, with towns such as Montepulciano within easy reach for a gastronomical day trip. In addition, for those looking for a more relaxing break you can find the famous thermal baths at Fonteverde nearby. Furthermore, it takes just half an hour to get to Florence on the train while Rome is just an hour and 20 minutes away.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
