This ravishing Val d’Orcia villa lies across three floors. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the wide living room, the dining room with arched ceiling and a spacious and very charming kitchen. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms. The first is a large master bedroom with four-poster bed and direct access to the pool area. The en suite bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower stall. The second bedroom has twin beds. It also has a bathroom with bathtub that can also serve as a guest bathroom.
On the first floor of the villa there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom of this floor has a four-poster bed, a closet and an en suite bathroom. It also offers unforgettable views of Val d’Orcia. The second room is a double bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and en suite bathroom. Moreover, it opens onto a private terrace facing west. Here you can enjoy a drink facing one of the most beautiful countryside views in the world. The third room is a double with canopy bed, and the last one has twin beds. On this floor you will also find a terrace, a loggia and a stone staircase to the garden.

In front of the villa you will find a heated extra large swimming pool (14×5,5 mt.). The dining area, under the shade of a portico, overlooks the beautiful Tuscan hills. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
