The property’s main building boasts two large living areas, located on the ground floor and connected by a large open archway. These rooms have a very homely feel to them, thanks to their comfortable seating areas and large open fire place. At the same time, they retain a spacious, airy quality, with their large windows letting in lots of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen and a large independent dining room are also located on the ground floor.

The main building of the Val d’Orcia villa can sleep up to twelve people in six spacious bedrooms: four double bedrooms, one triple and one single. Five bathrooms are found in this building. Guests can also make use of the property’s detached annex building. This structure can sleep an extra six people in three bedrooms. Three bathrooms, a large drawing room and an additional multifunctional communal room are also found in this building.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Exteriors

This Val D’Orcia villa boasts a well-maintained verdant outdoor area, adorned with pretty fruit and cypress trees. Guests will enjoy 180 degree panoramic views out onto the picturesque Val D’Orcia landscape, best viewed from the property’s large private swimming pool. A large wooden pergola and comfortable sun loungers border this stunning pool. Guests can also make use of the dining terrace, located at the back of the main building. It has a large dining table and a seating area, and is canopied by an additional al fresco pergola.
