The Todi Hilltop Tower develops vertically into 4 floors, all connected with an elevator, culminating with an incredible panoramic terrace.
Divided into modern suites and apartments, each room incorporates the Tower’s original features with a luxurious modern design.
With the first floor as the entrance hall, on the ground floor guests will finds the main entertainment areas. Here lies a spacious living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The raw stone walls and high-set windows on this floor allow guests to admire the purity of the Tower’s architectural lines.
The second floor is home to a spacious living room, 2 double bedrooms and a reading room with 1 single bed. On this floor also lie 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
The third and fourth floors, on the other hand, have basically the same structure. Both have 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Their main difference would be the bathrooms. Although both have one bathroom with Jacuzzi and one with shower, the third floor also has a sauna.
Displaying exposed beams, stone fireplaces and antique doors, the mix between modern furnishings and family items makes each room unique.
The most distinct space in the Tower, however, has to be upstairs terrace. This 24-meter high space invites guests to relish the 360° view over the Todi valley. As one of the many towers that one day guarded the city of Todi, the subsequent towers can be admired in the distance. The medieval city of Assisi, another very famous destination, can also be seen in the horizon.
Exteriors
With approximately 1 hectare of land, the Todi Hilltop Tower is surrounded by a century-old garden enriched by a precious assortment of roses. Surrounded by greenery is also the charming 18th century chapel.
On the edge of an old olive grove, the 15x3m swimming pool sits by a a modern and well equipped lounge.
Location
The Todi Hilltop Tower is located in the heart of Umbria, popularly known as the lungs of Italy. One of the most authentic and bucolic Italian destinations, the region is rich in history and art. As the homeland of San Benedetto and San Francesco, Umbria is also popular for its religious attractions.
Sitting at about 8 km from Todi, the Tower is also within a short distance to other famous cities. Assisi, Perugia , Spoleto, Montefalco, Bevagna and Orvieto, for instance, are only rom 30 to 40 km away. Rome and Florence are also easily reachable by car or train in no more than two hours.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
