Interiors

Set in 2 hectares of land, the characteristic terracotta stone facade on this San Casciano Villa instantly warms up guests upon their arrival. Walking into the property, a pastel-shade color palette combined with wood and stone accents organically brought together gives out an immediate sense of tranquility and inner peace.

The cozy living room, with a mix of soft pink and white brick walls that are a perfect match to the baby blue entrance door, is intimate and inviting. The flowy white curtains beautifully contrasting with the stunning wooden beams set up the perfect atmosphere for a warm night in front of the open fireplace. In this space, guests will find also a metal furnace dating back to the beginning of the century as well two comfortable couches, a chaise-longue and a modest desk. Straight out of the room, the brick wall opens up into an arch that leads guests into the classic dining room, composed by a refined set of dark hardwood furniture.

Also on the first floor lies the kitchen. Designed with a very provincial style in mind, the room combines top-notch stainless steel appliances – including a side-by-side refrigerator, a stunning stove-oven unit, dishwasher, a microwave, a semi-industrial slicer and a flat screen TV -, with organic elements such as as the terracotta stone floors and wooden ceiling, making it an overall rustic yet extremely homey environment.

With the soft color palette spreading throughout the San Casciano Villa, all 5 bedrooms (4 of which count with a king size bed, while the 5th is composed by 2 single beds that can be easily put together) are equipped with an air-conditioning unit as well as SAT smart TV’s. A Bose sound link bluetooth is also available in the property.

Exteriors

The view of the opening countryside sets the perfect outdoor space. With a large shady pergola and 10x4m heated swimming pool (from 90cm to 180cm deep) with a stone waterfall accent, the atmosphere here is fresh and incredibly beguiling.
