The villa is divided into three independent apartments: Olivo, Belvedere, and Luna, each with its own character and private spaces.
The Olivo Apartment, on the ground floor, features soft natural tones inspired by olive trees. Its open-plan living room includes a cozy lounge with a wine bar corner, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together. Three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms provide comfort for a relaxing stay. A private patio opens directly onto the garden and pool.
The Belvedere Apartment, on the first floor, is bright and elegant. Large windows frame stunning views of Val d’Orcia. The open living and dining area includes an antique table for twelve, creating the perfect setting for shared meals. Three stylish bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensure privacy and comfort. The master suite also features a private study and balcony.
On the top floor, the Luna Apartment blends rustic charm with modern design. Exposed wooden beams and skylights fill the space with natural light. At night, guests can enjoy a sky full of stars. With three cozy bedrooms and two elegant bathrooms, Luna is a peaceful and romantic retreat.
Each apartment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and DeLonghi coffee machine.

Booking and Payment

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
