Interiors

On the ground floor of this spacious property lies the main common areas. Here, guests will find a spacious living room composed by a couple of sitting lounges. A cozy space with a comfortable couch, fireplace and LCD TV sits side by side with an intimate lounging area made up of pairing armchairs as well as another couch. A piano and a discreet workspace are also featured in this space. On this floor also lies the he first ensuite bedroom. With a large double bed and a couch, the room combines a mixture of African and traditional Tuscan furnishing and offers access to the outside patio.

Along the corridor is the kitchen. Fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, a stove with a grill attachment, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, traditional wood burning stove as well other small appliances, such as coffe maker, kettle and blender, the room counts with a comfortable breakfast section made up of a built-in couch as well a small table. Right across from this area is the dining space. The open concept allows an easy flow between the kitchen/dining area and the outside patio.

Moving upstairs are the remaining 4 bedrooms, all with parquet floors and their own private bathrooms. The delightful  master bedroom counts with a beautiful canopy double bed, a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a great view of the Val d’Orcia Valley. The Asian inspired room also counts with a double bedroom and offers an unforgettable view of the Tuscan countryside. The 2 twin bedrooms are both made up of 2 single beds and share an enjoyable private terrac overlooking the swimming pool.
On request the two bedrooms with single beds can become double rooms.

Exteriors

Surrounded by a 180 degrees view of the Tuscan landscape, the outside patio offers a comfortable sitting area as well as a entertaining barbecue set up and a a garden with an assortment of aromatic herbs. The solarium counts with a large dining table and is the passageway to the large swimming pool. This space is sure to provide guests with relaxing and pleasant moments.

Location

Immersed in the stunning Val d’Orcia countryside, a famous UNESCO heritage site, the Villa sits inside a wine-tasting paradise: Brunello di Montalino, Nobile di Montepulcino and Orcia Doc, the wines that made the Tuscany wineries so well-know, all come from this region.

The Villa is at a 4km distance from the city of Buonconvento. The medieval villages of Siena and Monteriggioni are also within a day-trip distance, whereas the coastline is just one hour away.

Services & Activities

Wine and cheese tastings are must-do activities while staying in the Villa, as are visits to the nearby medieval villages spread across the surrounding hills. A number of hot springs and historical Terme are also within a short distance and are a great choice for a relaxing spa-day.
