House 1: accommodating up to 4 guests, this 130mq home sits right in the middle of the village. It is composed by a master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be attached), one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with a bathtub, living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
House 2: accommodating up to 5 guests, this 150mq home also sits right in the middle of the village. It is composed by an air conditioned master bedroom, an air conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be attached), two bathrooms with a bathtub, living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a sitting room with a sofa bed (140×190 cm).
House 3: accommodating up to 6 guests, this 185mq home also sits right in the middle of the village. It is composed by a master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be attached), one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with a bathtub, living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Upon request, there is also the possibility of adding an extra 2 single beds in the sitting room.
Apartment 1: accommodating up to 4 guests, this 70mq home sits in the beginning of the village. It is composed by a master bedroom with a canopy bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds (that cannot be attached), one bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a private garden with an outdoor dining area.
Apartment 2: accommodating up to 4 guests, this 130mq home sits in the beginning of the village. It is composed by a master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be attached), one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with a bathtub, living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen as well as an outdoor dining area.
Pets are welcome in all units of the Siena Medieval Village, expect on Apartment 1.
On top of the properties hills lies the incredible private panoramic pool, shared between all units. Also shared are the 2 barbecue areas, one closer to the houses and another closer to the apartments.
Furthermore, the property counts with a delightful small grocery shop where top quality local products are available for sale.
All located within the walls of the adorable Lucignano d’Asso village, historic Tuscan cities such as Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano are within a maximum 40 minutes drive from the property.
Within a short distance from the borgo, medieval villages in Unesco World Heritage Val d’Orcia and the famous Montalcino region are also amazing options for one-day trips.
Olive oil & cheese tastings, cooking classes, truffle hunting, horseback riding, Italian lessons, hot air balloon rentals and bike rides are among the top recommended experiences. For shopping lovers, large outlet malls are present not too far from the property.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
