This 18th-century San Gimignano Country House spans approximately 400 square meters and was beautifully restored in 2012. Using locally sourced materials such as stones and terracotta, the restoration preserved the property’s original charm while incorporating modern comforts. The elegant country furnishings and high-tech equipment ensure a luxurious stay.
The ground floor offers spacious common areas. The lounge features the original stone fireplace and a piano, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The dining room, with its impressive glass doors, seamlessly connects to the outdoor garden, making it perfect for both formal and casual meals. Guests can also enjoy a TV room with a 60″ 3D flat-screen TV and stereo system, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a convenient guest bathroom.
Upstairs, the house features four stylish bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. These rooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Meanwhile, the former farmhouse workspace has been transformed into a delightful apartment. It includes a double bedroom for two guests, a bathroom, and a living and dining area with a charming fireplace.
Exteriors
San Gimignano Country House is surrounded by 14 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, offering a serene and picturesque setting. The 14×7-meter swimming pool overlooks the vineyards, creating an idyllic spot for relaxation. Additionally, the estate produces certified organic extra-virgin olive oil as well as white and red wine, enhancing the authentic Tuscan experience.
Between the main house and the apartment, the outdoor lounge area provides the perfect space for gatherings. A large dining table invites guests to enjoy al fresco meals while taking in the stunning views of the Tuscan countryside.

Conveniently located just 3 km from the remarkable town of San Gimignano, the property offers easy access to one of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations. Known as The Town of Fine Towers, San Gimignano boasts a UNESCO-recognized medieval skyline that captivates visitors.
The villa also serves as an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Guests can take day trips to Siena, Florence, Pisa, Volterra, and Cortona, all within a short drive. Furthermore, the nearby Chianti valleys offer some of Italy’s finest wine-tasting experiences. Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
