Interiors

This Chianti swimming pool farmhouse is on two floors plus a guest house and a small pool-house. On the ground floor of the main building you will find a large double living room as well as the TV room with an Apple TV. It also holds the dining room (with a table for 12 people), the fully equipped kitchen with French windows opening onto the patio, and a guest bathroom. On the first floor you will find the sleeping area, with five beautiful bedrooms and four fine stone bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, three frame windows, a dressing room and also an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second double room has a dressing room. Moreover, this room overlooks the sunrise. The double bed of this room can also be split into two single beds.

The third double room with closet overlooks the sunset and shares the bathroom with the forth room, featuring twin beds and a dressing room. The fifth room is large and has a bathroom with bathtub. The sixth bedroom with bathroom is smaller, but also pleasant.

Exteriors

Among the highlights of the villa is the swimming pool (13×4,5 mt., 1,60 mt. depth). This is encircled by blooming rose bushes, the lush garden, with 1 hectare of lawn, and the enchanting covered patio. Here you will find one of the outdoor dining areas, or the open air patio, offering amazing views of the sunset.

The outdoor of this Chianti swimming pool farmhouse is fully equipped. There are three different outdoor dining areas available to guests. The first one is under the shade of a covered patio, the second one in front of the kitchen, and the third one in the garden, separated from the house, for 20 people. In the swimming pool area you will moreover find sun umbrellas, sun loungers for 9 people, an outdoor cold shower and a bathroom with hot shower in the pool-house. Covered parking for 2 cars is also available.

Location

Siena is just 20 km from this beautiful Chianti swimming pool farmhouse. The villa sits on a hilltop in Tuscany, near the village of Castelnuovo Berardenga. We are in a magic region, on the border between Chianti and Crete Senesi, among stunning medieval spots. You can reach these spots by walking from the house. They include: Castello di Montalto, Badia d’Ombrone and Monastero d’Ombrone, now a five star resort and spa. This is of course also home to some of the best Italian wines. You will moreover find one of the most delicious cuisine of the country.

Published in several prestigious architectural magazines, the farmhouse dates back to the XVII century.
