Our Lake Trasimeno luxury villa has a truly magical atmosphere and is decorated in light, bright colours. There are exposed wooden beams that add plenty of character. The large living room has comfortable sofas and also a stone fireplace. Guests will also find French windows leading out to the garden. The dining room has an oval table which seats up to 6 people. From here there are beautiful views over the hills. The traditionally-decorated kitchen has an oven, microwave and dish washer. Guests will also find a breakfast table here. The washing machine is in the laundry room. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 large double bedrooms. Furthermore all of these have wooden floors and en suite bathrooms. The first two rooms have king-size beds, while the last room has a double four-poster bed.
Exteriors
The external spaces of the Lake Trasimeno luxury villa provide plenty of spots to take in both the sun and the breathtaking views. Relax in the outdoor lounge under the shade of a parasol, or enjoy dinner at the stunning dining table.From here you will watch some of the most spectacular sunsets you’ve ever seen! Take a nap in the gently swaying hammock, or sit and chat around the breakfast table. Guests can also use the barbecue on the terrace. Every corner of this villa will make you fall in love with the Umbrian countryside. The infinity swimming pool (measuring 13×5 metres) is heatable and equipped with sun-beds and parasols.
Location
OurLake Trasimeno luxury villa is in Umbria. It is near the art city of Perugia, and stands among the rolling green hills that characterise this beautiful region. The villa is in the heart of a historical estate close to a golf course. It offers unbelievable views of the surrounding countryside with its gently sloping woodland. A truly unique feature of this property is its incredible hilltop position. As well as this the villa has a beautiful private swimming pool. Guests can also relax in a lush garden, elegant interiors and a stunning 360° view over the Umbrian countryside.

Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceVAT included. Unlimited use of high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours. Maid Service 6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holiday. Full gardening and pool cleaning service. Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested and subject to weather conditions. Pool heating is not available from November to April. Outdoor Jacuzzi always heated. Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available. 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop. Welcome hamper with Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
Not included in the priceTourist tax; Late check-in after 8pm should be communicated in advance and will be charged a fee of 150 Euro.
