This Tuscany modern villa offers its guests beautiful and modern architecture, which in turn creates a serene, open-plan space. The ground floor has six bedrooms. The first double bedroom comes with its own bathroom and changing room. Two single bedrooms share a bathroom. There are a further three bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed (140 cm) and private bathroom, the other offering a double bed in the atmospheric attic room. In addition to this, you will find two further bathrooms. A new double bedroom with en-suite bathroom has recently been added to the sleeping area. The ground floor also boasts a large kitchen with a fireplace as well as a spacious living room. Descending to the basement area you will find another double and single bedroom, with one further bathroom. All the bedrooms are decorated in cool, neutral tones, with art and decorations that fit beautifully in with the rest of the villa.
The exterior of this Tuscany modern villa truly completes the property. You can enter the 6,000sqm garden via a delightful columned terrace. Here you will find a comfortable lounging area as well as a large table and chairs, where you can enjoy a meal together. In addition to this, guests will have a private swimming pool at their disposal. Surrounding this you will also find a relaxing area with large parasols, sun beds and a changing room. There is another dining area next to the pool, under a wooden gazebo. There is also a further lounge area adjacent to the main terrace, with loungers, cushions, and couches. Guests can also use a roofed parking area for up to three cars. A gardener is included in the price.
This Tuscany modern villa has a location that combines the best of two worlds, given that it is extremely close to the Tuscany-Lazio border. First, the lush and rolling Tuscan countryside, and second, marvelous sandy beaches and the sea. The villa is very close to Aurelia, which is also near the sea. To reach this, there is a road leading from the property. Capalbio itself is a beautiful medieval town, and offers its visitors over 12km of stunning beaches. In the surrounding countryside you can relish in sumptuous cornfields, gorgeous sunflowers and enchanting olive groves.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
