The main villa spans two floors and includes elegant antique furniture, terracotta floors, and wood-beamed ceilings. On the Ground Floor, you’ll find a large entrance hall and a grand living room with multiple sofas, a large TV, and a foosball table for entertainment. Adjacent is the cozy dining area with a large table and a classic Tuscan kitchen. Here, you’ll find a fireplace, modern appliances, and all essentials. This floor also connects to a Laundry Area and an Annex, where you’ll find two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms.
Upstairs, the First Floor offers six bedrooms and three bathrooms. These include four double rooms, a twin room with terrace access, and a single room. Large windows and a balcony overlook the Tuscan hills, filling the space with natural light. The annex also has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small living area, making it ideal for larger groups.
Traditional Countryside Villa is surrounded by a lush, Tuscan-style garden. The outdoor area includes a 12×5 meter pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, a ping pong table, and a barbecue area. Perfect for al fresco dining, a large table seats up to 14 guests. The garden, filled with colorful flowers like lavender and roses, also features towering trees, creating a serene oasis around the pool. Parking is available outside the gate and in a covered area, with direct access to the garden via an external staircase.
Traditional Countryside Villa is in the heart of Tuscany, offering a tranquil retreat close to local amenities. Just a few minutes away, the San Donnino Winery provides a beautiful setting for weddings or events, surrounded by Chianti’s picturesque vineyards.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).

Not included in the priceFinal cleaning 200 €; Tourist Tax: €1.50 per person per night (children under 12 are exempt), payable in cash upon arrival; Heating: €4 per cubic meter, based on consumption (only if used, typically in winter), payable in cash; Water: As we are in the countryside, we use well water, which is not drinkable but suitable for cooking, washing, etc. The well water is regularly tested and filtered monthly.
