Interiors
The interior space contains a large living room with dining area. Guests will also find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Here you will find all the equipment and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals, as well as a laundry room. The sleeping area of the Talamone Beachfront Villa has 5 double bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom (3 of these bathrooms are en suite). All the bedrooms moreover have air conditioning. Finally near the laundry room there are two extra bedrooms and one bathroom for the property staff (included in the price).
In addition three extra annexes are available to guests (not included in the price). Each has a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Exteriors
Close enough to the ocean to smell the fresh sea air, the Talamone Beachfront villa has two beautiful outdoor patios. The exteriors have a dining area with table and chairs, and an outdoor lounge. In addition the beautiful rooftop terrace boasts uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, Talamone, Monte Argentario and even Corsica on clear days. Each night guests can enjoy spectacular sunsets to be enjoyed from the jacuzzi (which seats up to 4 people). Finally the same terrace provides two additional dining tables.
Location
The Talamone Beachfront Villa is a veritable paradise. It stands on a sandy beach at the border of the Maremma Nature Reserve in southern Tuscany. This is a beautiful and exclusive area. You can spend your days exploring endless stretches of beach lined with pine forests and ancient stone watchtowers. Nature lovers, swimmers and children will thus be in heaven in these paradisal surroundings. Furthermore the beach is the perfect spot for children to play. The sea here is clear and the bay has a very shallow gradient. An old pine forest surrounds the villa, and is just ten steps from the beach.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
