Interiors

This Ribolla luxury Estate consists of two large houses connected together by an open archway on the ground floor and a terrace on the top floor. A separate tower acts as a Dependance to the main Villa. Accommodating up to 18 guests in 9 spacious bedrooms, the interiors are brand new whilst conserving its traditional allure. Indeed, colorful walls combined with stone or wooden floors and wooden beamed ceilings give the Villa a classic Tuscan feel.

Main Villa

On the ground floor guests will find a large dining room with a long table for them to enjoy meals. The adjoining kitchen is extremely spacious and particularly well equipped. A wooden table sits in the middle, next to the kitchen island. The kitchen includes two ovens, stoves, a dishwasher, fridge microwave and a coffee machine. The next door pantry features an industrial dishwasher, fridge, industrial washing machine as well as a normal washing machine and dryer.
From the dining room, guests may access a small living room through a large brick arch filled with shelves. This colorful room is furnished with several comfortable sofas and a coffee table. Stairs also lead upstairs.
On the other side of the Villa, guests will find a game room with a billiard table and lounge with two game tables. Another room with a TV serves as the cinema room with a giant sofa and large flat screen TV and DVD player. A large brick arch leads guests into the living area, with several sofas and a fireplace corner encircled with cushioned seats for cosy evenings by the fire.

One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with its own private bathroom, especially for disabled access. The rest of the bedrooms are all located upstairs, and each feature their own bathroom. The top floor features a total of 7 bedrooms and a study. The study features bookshelves and is equipped with a printer, scanner and computer.
The bedrooms include two master suites, extremely spacious, featuring king size beds and large bathrooms with a bathtub. Two other double bedrooms are also exquisitely decorated and feature their own private bedroom. The rest of the bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, most of them oversize beds, providing plenty of comfort for guests. These three twin rooms also include their own private bedroom. Each room has been decorated with special attention to detail and display colorful walls and linen for a warm atmosphere. The bathrooms all include organic lotions, shampoos and soaps for guests’ maximum comfort.

Dependance

This separate part of the Ribolla Luxury Estate is in fact an old Silo which used to stock grain in the olden days. It has been completely renovated and transformed into a spa, gym and bedroom to offer guests a luxurious addition to the main house. On the ground floor, guests will find a lovely shaded terrace to enjoy the garden and inside, a gym and shower. The gym includes basic equipment such as a Barbell lifting bench and an Elliptical. On the first floor, guests will find the wellness area, featuring a sauna and jacuzzi fit for two people. On the top floor is the final bedroom of the property featuring a low double bed, and a fireplace. An extra bathroom with a shower and toilet is also at guests’ disposal.

Air conditioning and heating feature throughout the whole structure, as well as a WiFi connection. Included in the rental is also a daily housekeeping service, a welcome dinner and a daily breakfast service.

Exteriors

The Villa is surrounded by an exquisite garden characterised by its neat lawn and surrounding trees. At the front of the Villa, guests will find a shaded porch with a lounge and dining area, for enjoying drinks and meals in the open. This comfortable area overlooks the pool, divided into three separate pools, each with different depths, one flowing into the next. The pool is equipped with an open bar with a fridge and ice machine, as well as Indonesian sun loungers with Turkish cushions. Many additional chairs and deckchairs are at guests’ disposal as well as pool towels, and a shower and toilet.

Location

The estate stands in the province of Grosseto, near the countryside town of Gavorrano. This town is known for its Etruscan archeological sites, and old mining sites turned into informative sites to visit. Though the Villa has everything for guests to enjoy a dream holiday, many interesting towns of the region are located under an hour away and are definitely worth visiting. Indeed, the art town of Siena is just a 40min drive away, and Grosseto is just 20min away. For beach enthusiasts, the heavenly beaches of Punta Ala or Castiglione della Pescaia are just half an hour from the Villa for a seaside getaway. The world renowned town of Florence is also within driving distance, just an hour and a half away, ideal for a day trip.

Guests of the Villa also have access to a private Golf Club nearby and a tennis court.
