Interiors
The villa rises over two floors, and it welcomes guests through wide French doors that open into a spacious living area. The room enjoys abundant natural light, refined furnishings, and a charming fireplace. In addition, a second sitting room lies to the left and creates a natural flow between the relaxation spaces. To the right of the entrance, the dining room leads into a large traditional kitchen. This kitchen offers full equipment and rich character, and it connects directly to the outdoor pergola through French doors.
On the same floor, a hallway leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes a hydromassage bathtub. A second guest bathroom completes the level. Next to the kitchen, the service area provides a practical office, a “staff” bedroom with bunk beds, and an additional bathroom.
Guests can reach the upper floor through an internal staircase, although two external staircases rising from the garden offer alternative access. This level includes four double bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom and French doors that open onto a panoramic terrace. From here, guests enjoy sweeping views of the sea, the lagoon, and Monte Argentario, which together create one of the villa’s most memorable viewpoints.
Exterios
The villa’s outdoor spaces stand out as one of its most distinctive features. Mature palms, olive trees, and Mediterranean plants surround the property, and they create an atmosphere of privacy and calm. As guests explore the garden, they find secluded corners, shaded pergolas, and inviting relaxation areas furnished with benches, wicker armchairs, and rustic tables. Moreover, the large covered pergola beside the kitchen features two long dining tables. This space works perfectly for gatherings of up to twenty guests and connects directly to the garden’s conversation areas.
The garden extends over three hectares and offers a deep sense of immersion in nature. A swimming pool sits among the greenery, and it includes its own solarium, changing room, and bathroom. The surrounding vegetation enhances the peaceful, secluded atmosphere. For greater convenience, the property offers three parking spaces, including two covered ones.
Location
The villa sits in the countryside of Orbetello, in the area of Albinia. This peaceful setting offers natural beauty and direct proximity to the sea. Guests can easily reach the beaches of Monte Argentario, the Orbetello lagoon, and several nearby coastal towns. At the same time, they remain surrounded by the quiet of the Tuscan landscape. Because of the villa’s elevated position, gentle breezes and open views accompany each day. As a result, the estate provides an ideal environment for a restorative stay immersed in nature.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
