This Perugia villa has a truly enchanting atmosphere. It has exposed wooden beam ceilings, warm colours and elegant furnishings. The bright living room has a large LCD TV which has Sky, a blue ray DVD player and iPod docking station. Just down the corridor, the bright dining room has a wooden oval table. It can seat up to 8 people. There are also French windows which look out over the enchanting garden. The pleasant kitchen opens out onto the garden as well. Guests will also find two fridges, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in six bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. In the main villa three rooms have king-size beds. Two bedrooms have twin beds. The final bedroom is in the cottage by the pool; it features a king size bed, a small living room and a kitchenette.
Exteriors
With 10.000 sqm of landscaped garden backing onto sloping hills covered with trees, this Perugia swimming pool villa has a beautiful outdoor space. In front of the living room you will also find the outdoor lounge, with sofas and a parasol. In front of the kitchen, you will find the outdoor breakfast table that seats up to 8 people. The lovely dining table (seating up to 12 people) is by the pool under the shade of a pergola. By the pool there is also a romantic table for two, which boasts an unforgettable view over the Umbrian countryside. Finally, the swimming pool of the villa (measuring 7×15 metres, heating available) is surrounded by a beautiful lawn and equipped with sun-beds and parasols.
Location
This Perugia swimming pool villa is situated in Umbria, deep in the countryside. It boasts an impressive position, located in the heart of a historical estate composed of seemingly endless hills and woodland. The villa has a stunning swimming pool with panoramic views out over the surrounding countryside, and a lush garden with more than 3.000 plants that bloom at different times of the year, ensuring it is always fragrant and colourful. Close to the villa there is also the renowned 18-hole championship golf course at Antognolla.

The rental fee includes daily cleaning (except Sundays), mid-week towels change, welcome pack and welcome aperitivo as well as concierge service.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceVAT included. Unlimited use of high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours. Maid Service 6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays. Full gardening and pool cleaning service. Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested and subject to weather conditions. Pool heating is not available from November to April. Outdoor Jacuzzi always heated. Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available. 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop. Welcome hamper with Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
Not included in the priceTourist tax. Late check-in after 8pm should be communicated in advance and will be charged a fee of 150 Euro.
