This decor of this exclusive Umbria villa reflects its rich history. Guests will find terracotta tile floors, old stone walls and original ceilings with exposed wood beams. There is even an old belfry. There are two different seating areas in the double living room. These are furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, fireplaces and pieces of antique furniture. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room close by with a washing machine. This Umbria villa can accommodate up to 8 people, in 4 beautiful double bedrooms. Each has an en suite bathroom and individual air conditioning unit. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed and is part of the renovated chapel. The second room has a double bed as well, while the last two rooms have twin beds.
From the living room guests can access the outdoor lounge which has a tiled floor. You will find sofas and a dining table. In front of the kitchen you will also find a lovely breakfast table with a parasol. On the terrace you will find another lounge with beautiful views. At the private pool (5×11 mt.) you will also find sun-beds and parasols.
Exteriors
This holiday rental is close to the famous golf course of Antognolla. It has also great views of the Umbrian countryside and a heated infinity pool. Moreover, daily service is included. Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceVAT included. Unlimited use of high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours. Maid Service 6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays. Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested and subject to weather conditions. Pool heating is not available from November to April. Outdoor Jacuzzi always heated. Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available. 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop. Welcome hamper with Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
Not included in the priceTourist tax. Late check-in after 8pm should be communicated in advance and will be charged a fee of 150 Euro.
