Interiors
Upon entrance, the imposing facade features a beautiful composition of wide windows and stone walls. Consisting of 6 mini apartments and an extra 2 suites for a total of 10 bedrooms, the Perugia Modern Villa is the perfect countryside getaway for those seeking relaxation. On the ground floor you will find four apartments. All offering a complete kitchenette, the first offers 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; the second and third offer 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms; whereas the fourth offers one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well as a sofa bed. Also on this floor are the 2 suites, without kitchen but featuring an suite bathroom each. On the upper floor, lie the remaining 2 deluxe apartments. Both featuring a panoramic terrace facing the swimming pool and valley, the bedrooms are interconnected. They each offer one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well as kitchenette and a sofa bed.
Exteriors
The Villa’s exteriors are sigh for sore eyes. Its sleek architecture boasting different levelled gardens, balconies and outdoor lounge areas, the imposing stone walls bring back the coziness of a classic Italian countryside Villa. Surrounded by a well-groomed garden and strategically placed outdoor lights, the 15m x 5,5m swimming pool is an eye-catcher.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
