Interiors
Developing over two floors, the Maremma Hilltop Villa is a beautiful combination of modern and antique design. All rooms have been carefully renovated while maintaining the original wooden floors and large windows with a magnificent view. The modern elements and sculptures beautifully contrast with the Villa’s antique furnishings.
On the ground floor, overlooking the porch and the garden, there is the large living room with fireplace, dining room and sitting areas. It is completed by a service bathroom and large kitchen equipped with all necessary cookware and appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, grill, coffee machine, hob and the necessary to prepare any meal for all guests of the house.
Moving on to the sleeping area, three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor of the Villa for a total of four bedrooms – two doubles and two twins with separate beds. Among these, two are equipped with an additional bed, reaching a total of 10 beds. All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom as well as a kettle and small fridge. At guests’ disposal, a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Exteriors
Surrounded by the stunning Italian hills, the Villa is located up a hill full of olive trees in a panoramic position. The large and well-kept gardens offer a breathtaking view of the surroundings, making room for the private swimming pool (14x5m).
Location
Surrounded by nature, the Villa is located in the heart of the Maremma, boasting a strategic position just between Tuscany’s seaside and countryside. Natural parks with renowned wineries and medieval villages between the hills and the sea are within short distance.
The village of Istia d’Ombrone (shops, restaurant, pharmacy) is about 10 km away, as is Grosseto, the capital of the Maremma.
With the famous Terme di Saturnia only 40 km away, excursions to discover the area are a must. Excursions and day trips are also available upon request.
The villages on the Apennine ridge that runs along the Tyrrhenian Sea are of particular historical and gastronomic appeal: Magliano, Pereta, Pitigliano, Scansano sought after for its many wine bars, Massa Marittima and its cathedral, and the historic ports on the sea such as Porto Ercole, Talamone, Orbetello and Castiglione della Pescaia.
