Interiors
The villa is situated in Perugia, Umbria, and is a superbly renovated rough stone farmhouse that’s immersed in one of the most spectacular sceneries of Umbrian rolling landscapes. The interiors of the villa have preserved all its historical charm thanks to the singular high-coffered unworked wooden beams that are accurately merged with contemporary elements that decorate the villa.
The exquisite décor characterized by ton-sur-ton, fine wood, marble essentials, and precious fabrics render the villa a chef-d’oeuvre of architecture and interior design. The villa develops over three floors, specifically divided into the ground floor, first and second floor, and various annexes. The property can host up to eight guests in four spacious rooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy with family and friends a common area that develops over a main unit and an annex. The main unit is composed of a commodious and open living room pervaded by natural light and exquisitely refined taste. The strong point of the area is the stone fireplace positioned amid this breathtaking interior scenery.
The ground floor annex is dedicated to one of the super king-size master bedrooms. The interior design of this area combines warm tones and light tones, recollecting a field of blooming orange flowers. The special features of this room are the walk-in wardrobe, the en-suite spectacular bathroom, and the direct access to the outdoor area of the villa.
The first floor, situated up the steel-framed staircase, is comprised of a main unit and a second-floor annex. The main unit welcomes three super king-size bedrooms, two located on the first floor and one on the second.
Exteriors
The extraordinary outside area offers 360° views over the entire luxurious estate and of the enchanted Umbrian valley. The immense L-shaped infinity pool, cascading towards the wonders of the Umbrian valley, draws guests to dip in the perfect temperature of its clear water or relax on the incredibly sophisticated off-pool loungers.
The outdoor area also offers guests a beautiful pool house where one can enjoy a delicious breakfast en plain air or read a book undisturbed. The villa also provides an outdoor dining area that seats up to eight people, situated in proximity to a stone-built oven for pizza and many other delicacies.
Location
The Lake Trasimeno Idyllic Villa is located in the very center of Umbria. This area enjoys all sorts of privileges, from spectacular natural oases, lakes, waterfall, fishing lodges, a golf clubhouse, incredible wineries and vineyards, to wonderful culinary delicacies, and a multitude of historical art towns and cities nearby.
Florence and Rome, amongst the most beautiful cities in Italy, are only a 2-hour drive from the property, as well as Siena, Arezzo, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, and Orvieto. The region’s capital city Perugia is just 20 minutes away and offers a wealth of cultural activities that include the opera, the famous Umbria Jazz and Eurochocolate festivals.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceVAT included. Unlimited use of high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours. Maid Service every day. Full gardening and pool cleaning service. Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested and subject to weather conditions. Pool heating is not available from November to April. Outdoor Jacuzzi always heated. Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available. 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop. Welcome hamper with Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
