The villa extends over two floors and has been carefully restored with attention to detail.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living area with a large dining table for up to ten people, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace that adds warmth and charm. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and includes a side-by-side refrigerator, ensuring guests can enjoy every comfort. On this level, there is also a convenient service bathroom for daily use.
Upstairs, accessible by a two-flight staircase, three elegant double bedrooms offer both privacy and relaxation, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All rooms feature king-size beds, while one can easily be converted into a twin configuration if required. As a result, the villa can comfortably adapt to different group needs while maintaining its welcoming atmosphere.
Exteriors
The outdoor areas are designed to provide total relaxation and direct contact with nature. A vast landscaped garden surrounds the house, leading to a natural scenic waterfall that flows through the property. Guests can enjoy the counter-current swimming pool or take advantage of the villa’s most distinctive feature, a private spa set inside a natural cave of approximately 70 square meters.
This unique wellness area includes a Swedish sauna, a hydromassage tub, a sensory shower, and a bathroom. The minimalist yet elegant design enhances the cave’s natural charm and creates an intimate, relaxing space. Moreover, guests can experience a Kneipp water path, built along the small stream that feeds the waterfall. Made of local stones and wooden footbridges, it offers a distinctive and rejuvenating wellness experience immersed in nature.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
