Recently renovated, the accommodation has a traditional style. Seven independent apartments make up this building. In addition each has its own living room and kitchenette, and two of them with private terrace. The entire structure can accommodate up to 30 people, 18 in beds and 12 in sofa beds. The common areas consists of a large dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Exterior
The structure is centred around a beautiful courtyard with tables and chairs. It is the ideal place to read a book while admiring the view of the surrounding hills. Blooming roses, mature trees and aromatic plants enrich the well-planted garden, where you will find a turquoise swimming pool as well as sun beds, parasols and shower. Two gazebos and one majestic willow cast their shade on several outdoor dining areas.
Location
Ideally located in the countryside between Gubbio and the Lake Trasimeno, this outstanding Perugia Large Villa was once a convent. It sits on a panoramic hilltop and dates back to the Middle Ages (XIII century). It thus overlooks a sweeping valley, with uninterrupted views of stunning countryside. Additionally, many holiday destinations are within a short drive from the accommodation, from the village of Assisi to the town of Perugia. This large villa is perfectly located for holidaymakers looking to spend time hiking in the hills, or relaxing by the pool in a tranquil rural setting.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
