Inside, Chianti Sunset Villa reflects the craftsmanship of the Chianti region through stone walls, arched ceilings, and carefully restored architectural details. It spans approximately 450 sqm over three levels and combines historic character with modern comfort.
To ensure a pleasant stay in every season, the villa is equipped with a radiant floor climate system throughout. This includes all bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and the cantina. Depending on the season, warm or cool water circulates beneath the floors. As a result, each room maintains a constant and evenly distributed temperature. Moreover, the system is completely silent and eco-friendly. It also preserves the villa’s historical aesthetics, as no visible air-conditioning units are required. Individual room temperatures can be adjusted upon request via the villa management.
The villa includes five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. In addition, the living and dining areas are designed as welcoming spaces where guests can comfortably gather with family and friends.
Below the main living areas lies the Cantina, set beneath ancient stone arches. Here, original architectural elements have been carefully preserved. Today, the space is used for private tastings, intimate dinners, concerts, and yoga sessions. Furthermore, glass doors open directly onto the main garden, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors.
Finally, the villa offers two kitchens. The Grand Kitchen features a long arched ceiling once used for curing salami, with original hooks still visible. It opens onto an outdoor dining lounge with a handcrafted stone barbecue. A long Carrara marble island makes it ideal for cooking classes, with a wine bar at one end. By contrast, the Everyday Kitchen is located closer to the bedrooms. It opens onto the garden patio and reflects the relaxed rhythm of Tuscan life, allowing guests to prepare meals at their leisure.
Exteriors
The back terrace offers a panoramic and exclusive sunset viewpoint with infinity-like vistas. The villa’s outdoor spaces include terraces, garden areas, and places designed for dining and relaxing under the Tuscan sky.
The swimming pool is located on the lower terrace. It offers privacy and panoramic views and includes a lounge with a gazebo and a sunbathing area. The terraces allow guests to gather around the ancient barbecue, while the garden offers lawns, olive trees, and flowering plants.
Location
The villa is a short 5 minute walk from the medieval village of Radda in Chianti. Guests can stroll into town for a coffee, a pizza, a gelato, trattorie, and local wine bars, and then return easily to the tranquillity of the countryside. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, Chianti Sunset Villa has been restored with great care and preserves the authentic Tuscan aesthetic while offering modern comfort. It stands as a piece of the heritage of Radda in Chianti and reflects the history, landscape, and atmosphere of the region.

Booking and Payment
Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
