Interiors
Just renovated to the highest standards, this Chianti luxury villa enjoys a timeless atmosphere. The property consists of a main building, a guest house and an annex.
Main house
The main house is on two floors. Here you will find 2 sitting rooms, 1 study, 1 movie room and 2 kitchens (one per floor, both with an open layout connected to the dining area). The sleeping area is distributed between the two floors. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. The first double bedroom has its own bathroom; the second is a two floor bedroom with a double bed on each floor (sleeps 4) and has a private walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The third and forth double bedrooms share a bathroom. On the ground floor you will find the fifth bedroom with private detached bathroom (connected with rooms 3 and 4 on the first floor) and further two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All the beds measure 180cm, except the one in the forth bedroom, which is 160cm.
Guest House
A short distance from the main villa, the Guest House is perfectly suited for a family of 4 or 5 people. The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor Guests will find the living with dining area and open kitchen, a bathroom and a panoramic terrace. The sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms (with beds of 180 cm), on the first floor, opens onto the living. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance from the garden.
Annex
In the garden of the villa, you will find the Annex, consisting of a large room with open kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom (180 cm bed) with an additional sofa bed, and a bathroom. All the rooms of the structure have air conditioning, shutters from the inside and built-in mosquito nets.
Exteriors
This Chianti villa has a fabulous terraced garden boasting wonderful views over the Chianti hills. The infinity pool, the outdoor dining tables and the lounge areas offer unforgettable views. Cypresses, olive trees and blooming flowers make this garden an authentic corner of paradise. The swimming pool can be heated by request.
Location
The villa is located in the heart of Chianti, the splendid Tuscan countryside between Florence and Siena which is world famous for its vineyards. The closest village is Castellina in Chianti. Here you will find shops, restaurants and all the essential services. The region is full of small and charming villages to discover and, of course, wonderful wineries ideal for wine tasting. The beautiful cities of San Gimignano, Siena and Florence are perfect destinations for a daytrip.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
