Interior

This  Capalbio Stunning villa offers serene views of Capalbio countryside and a rustic yet modern design. There is a large living area, with windowed walls to make the most of the beautiful surroundings and natural light. The kitchen is open plan, leading into the dining area which can host up to 14 guests.

The villa has 6 double bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom, which can be accessed through the large hallway acquiped with a velux skylight. Each bedroom is decorated in cool, neutral tones, which fits perfectly with the rest of the villa.

The villa also offers a games room with a TV, projector and a vintage pinball machine. If you continue through the villa you will find a tasting cellar below.

Exterior

The ever flowing mediteranion garden is a stand out feature of this villa. When you leave the  villa you are greeted with the first pergola of the property which offers beautiful views of the Capalbio countryside, as well as a large patio area with armchairs to relax and two large square tables complete with a BBQ. As you continue down the stone path you will find a swimming pool (16x5m) equipped with umbrellas,sunbeds and a fridge bar, perfect for the strong tuscan sun. Continuing in the garden are two other pergolas equipped with a ping pong table and billiards. When you reach the stone stairs you will find a vegetable garden which produces strictly organic and seasonal foods such as tomatoes, zucchini and aubergines, ideal for cooking some of the classic italian dishes. There is also a small orchid offering apricots and plums. The mediteranean garden has been designed by Ivan Gallo and has an english and dry flowered lawn, surrounded by olive trees.

The property also offers 4 parking spaces.

Location

This beautiful and rustic villa has a location that combines the best of two worlds, given that it is extremely close to the lush and rolling Tuscan countryside, and second, marvelous sandy beaches and the sea. The villa is very close to the the sea. Capalbio itself is a beautiful medieval town, and offers its visitors over 12km of stunning beaches.
