Large glass doors and windows allow plenty of natural light into the villa’s spacious interiors. It is also present an impressive collection of modern art and elegant custom-made furniture. The large, open-plan living room has a stylish seating area and has direct access to the outside. From here, you enter the dining room, which features an Art Nouveau-style dining table, a crystal chandelier, and colorful artwork on the walls.
The three en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor have unique modern four-poster beds; each has its own discreet color scheme contrasting white and light grey walls.
Indeed, the en-suite bathrooms are luxuriously appointed and feature either beautiful soaking tubs or large rain showers. There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with en-suite bathroom and an additional twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the lower ground floor, ideal for adolescents. Guests can enjoy an evening movie in the cinema room in the evening, work out in the gym or pamper themselves in the sauna and relaxation room. The entire facility is air-conditioned and equipped with the latest technology.
In the outdoor area there is the perfect place for all occasions and desires. A large covered terrace, adjacent to the Villa, is the ideal place for sitting and enjoying the Tuscan Countryside. Similarly, there is another outdoor living area to enjoy the sunshine and expansive views. Following you will find a covered terrace next to the pool with double sun loungers. The long infinity pool offers stunning views of the fields and vineyards and the sea beyond; indeed it is particularly spectacular at sunset.
In the Capalbio Infinity Pool Villa you will find three maids and a very good Chef. He will prepare delicious Italian meals using organic fruit and vegetables grown on the property. Leaving the villa you can enjoy glorious days at the seaside where there are pristine beaches, beach clubs, restaurants. You can discover the area’s unique ecosystem at the Parco Regionale della Maremma or from the vantage point of the sea by taking a boat trip. Rome is just over 1 hour by train from the nearby Orbetello train station.
Garavicchio sits on top of a hill covered in olive groves, overlooking vast plains of wheat fields and vineyards that stretch for several miles until reaching the sea. Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
