Lake Trasimeno
A broad Umbrian lake surrounded by islands, historic towns and gentle countryside.
This fascinating Capalbio villa has a unique style: antique Moroccan handcrafts, classic Italian art, traditional cotto floor and wooden ceilings are mixed up with taste. The property consists of a main building and an outbuilding in the garden. The main building has one floor and features a large living room with arched windows overlooking the outdoor. Here you will find a sitting area with fireplace, a studio and a dining area. Handcrafted Middle Eastern doors and libraries enrich the living room, where you will also find a smart TV, internet and a stereo system for music. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area of the main building consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large breathtaking double bed of ancient Persian origin surmounted by an iron crown that supports the mosquito net. This precious bed was part of a Persian wedding ritual and is suspended on four feet and accessible only from the ladder. The room has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet closet. The second room has a large double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and an ensuite bathroom with a view of the Maremma countryside, equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
The outbuilding, on two floors, is located in the garden of the villa, about 200 meters from the main house. On the ground floor is a lounge and a bathroom, upstairs a romantic small room with double bed and fireplace. Please note that the upper floor is accessible by a very steep staircase, not recommended for the less agile. Please note that on request it is possible to have the bed (double bed or single beds) on the ground floor. The outbuilding has no air conditioning.
The villa has a dream private garden, with blooming flowers and cenetnary trees. Here you will find the outdoor dining table.
The villa has a private parking with 2 parking spaces, gate and remote control.
