Interiors

With its modern and elegant architecture, this Umbria luxury villa occupies a dominant position on the green Umbrian hills. The spacious common living room features a TV area, dining area, billiard area, fully equipped kitchen and large windows opening onto the garden porch. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 different apartments. Each apartment has its own living room and a hideaway kitchenette. Apartment 1 This apartment is on one level and has a living room with a foldaway kitchenette and a double sofa bed. The room has a double bed (200×160 cm) and a bathroom with shower, side whirlpools and built-in Turkish bath. This apartment has a private terrace. Apartment 2 The second apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor is the living room with hideaway kitchen, double sofa bed, balcony, 1 bathroom with shower and side whirlpools. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed (200×160 cm), a bathroom with double whirlpool tub, shower with side hydromassage and built-in Turkish bath. Apartment 3 On one level, the third apartment consists of a living room with double sofa bed, foldaway kitchen, bathroom with shower and side hydromassage; the room has a double bed (200×160 cm) and a double whirlpool tub. The second bathroom of the apartment has a panoramic shower with side whirlpools and a built-in Turkish bath. Private terrace. Apartment 4 On two levels, the fourth apartment boasts a living room with a glass fireplace and a large kitchen with retractable plates, and a bathroom with shower and side whirlpools; upstairs you will find a large bedroom with double bed (200×160 cm) and panoramic terrace, a bathroom with side whirlpools and incorporated Turkish bath. Next to it is a room with a queen-size sofa bed and another bathroom with shower and side whirlpools and exit to the balcony. From this apartment there is easy access to the common living room of the villa. Each room has air conditioning. You will find a flat TV (with Netflix streaming services) in all the suites and in the main living room. The villa is also equipped with a pool table and foosball table.

Exteriors

The garden of the villa is splendid, both for its panoramic position and for the richness of the greenery. The fantastic infinity pool, heated (7 x 18 meters, height from 30 cm and 1.40 meters), has a wonderful view over the valley and is equipped with loungers for relaxation. In the garden you will also find an outdoor kitchen with a wood oven and a barbecue perfect for summer evenings. The outside dining table is located under a porch. There are 2 bicycles at Guests’ disposal.

Location

From the Villa you can reach in a few minutes the historic center of the medieval city of Assisi (1.5 km). The city of Saint Francis, listed among UNESCO World Heritage Sites, is located in the heart of Umbria, and is an ideal starting point to discover Umbria, a region rich in traditions that boasts wonderful cuisine and produces excellent wines. Not to miss the art towns of Spoleto and Perugia.
