The Ansedonia Villa by the Sea boasts modern architecture and stunning sea views. The property is on two levels. A wide staircase leads Guests to the main living room. This very large space, entirely glazed and super panoramic, has two dining tables and several relaxation areas. The kitchen is spacious. Behind the kitchen there is a service room with bathroom with shower.
The 6 bedrooms are on the lower floor, reachable both by an internal staircase and an external staircase. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and double bed (two king size beds and a queen size bed). The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and the last two bedrooms have twin beds. These three rooms overlook a corridor where there are two bathrooms with shower.
Exteriors
The villa has a stunning exterior with unforgettable views over the Mediterranean. A private staircase leads to the sea, where Guests will find transparent water ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Large terraces and relaxation areas on various levels pamper the Guests. The panoramic swimming pool with wooden deck is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan coast.
Location
Ansedonia is a luxurious residential promontory where there are a handful of luxury villas. The location is unique, just a few minutes from the large sandy beach of Ansedonia, where you will find delicious fish restaurants and beach clubs. A 10-minute drive from the villa, Orbetello, the nearest village, is a charming and lively place with a beautiful historic center, where you will find restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The villa is also an excellent base for boat trips to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. The Tuscan hinterland and the Argentario coast are other destinations not to be missed, not to mention the Feniglia natural park, just minutes from the villa, perfect for bike rides.

Booking and Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
