“This beautiful holiday destination combines design stone interiors, a large stunning pool and spectacular views of the bay of Ansedonia.”
This is not a Villa rebuilt for tourist rentals, but a lived-in villa where you can breathe the air of happy holidays.
The Villa’s spacious interiors spread out over two floors and comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The lounge area is a large open space featuring sofas, chairs, a table, TV and unique fireplace. Its colorful art and design combined with the beautiful stone walls make it a truly unique place to relax. Large bay windows leading outside allow for plenty of natural light to brighten the room. To the right, guests will find a slightly raised dining area, in harmony with the stone walls. Glass doors run down the front of the house to access the terrace and pool. A large kitchen is also at guests’ disposal. Furnished with a round marble table, it is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and necessary kitchen utensils.
The ground floor also features two charmingly decorated bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a double bed and directly accesses the garden and pool area through a glass door. There is also a private bathroom for each bedroom.
Up the stairs, guests will find the rest of the sleeping area. This floor consists of three double bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bed, private bathroom and terrace with deckchairs. The second bedroom features twin beds. It shares the second bathroom with the third double bedroom, characterized by its red colours and brightness.
A single bed also features on the ground floor for an extra guest.
A laundry room with washing machine is also at guests’ disposal. Furthermore, wifi is available throughout the Villa and air conditioning is included in most rooms.
The most splendid feature of the Villa’s exteriors is the wonderful salt water pool. With its ‘L’ shape, it beautifully completes the structure of the Villa and its 15m length and diving board makes it ideal for swimming. Furthermore, the pool and terrace face a spectacular panorama of sea and coastline, creating a truly idyllic setting. The fenced garden is rich in vegetation, filled with olive trees and bushes. The surrounding paved terrace features shaded dining and lounge areas for relaxing and open air dining. There is also a barbecue and pizza oven.
Guests may park their cars in a shaded parking spot at the front of the Villa.
The Villa stands in the charming seaside destination of Ansedonia, in southern Tuscany. This beautiful peninsula is home to a handful of luxury villas overlooking the Mediterranean. At the foot of the peninsula is a very long sandy beach, called the beach of Ansedonia, which becomes the Feniglia beach further on. It is possible to walk for hours along this sandy stretch of coast bordered by a nature reserve (the Feniglia Nature Reserve). On the Ansedonia beach, guests of the villa will find delicious seafood restaurants and beach facilities. From the villa, the beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car or with the bus service serving Ansedonia villas.
Ansedonia is a destination stood between two worlds: the maritime world of Monte Argentario, with its sandy beaches, rocky coasts and lapis-lazuli-coloured sea, and the world of the hinterland, the Maremma Toscana, with its charming hills, excellent restaurants and the ancient medieval towns.
Among the best activities of the area: have dinner on the beach of Ansedonia, discover the Feniglia nature reserve by bicycle, rent a boat to discover the Argentario coast, visit the towns of Orbetello, Porto Ercole and Capalbio.
