Spread across 500 square meters of constructed area, the Ansedonia Swimming Pool Villa accommodates up to 14 guests split into the 7 double bedrooms (4 with air conditioning). It also counts with an ample living area that opens up to the seafront terrace, a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, an additional lounge with panoramic views, a sitting room with a marvellous stone fireplace as well as a fascinating garden patio that is perfect for outside dining. The villa is completed by 6 full bathrooms, the office, and the service apartment. With original stone fragments peaking through unexpected corners and a mix of local furniture and clean decor, the Ansedonia Swimming Pool Villa’s character is constructed by a a soft color palette that combines perfectly with the surrounding Mediterranean panorama. From the broad porches situated on the various levels of the villa and the garden that encompasses it, you can appreciate the Argentario Promontory and the Tuscan archipelago from a unique perspective.

Exteriors

From the terrace, where there is also a living and dining space, you can head straight down to the superb seawater swimming pool, where the double sun bed sitting in the pool’s island is ready to indulge you in some guilt-free idleness. Covered by a traditional pergola, another dining area with a barbecue station sets the perfect atmosphere for delicious get-togethers. Complete with a private staircase carved through the rocks straight into the sea, this extensive sun deck lies right at sea level. The villa also counts with a wide parking that can fit up to 5 cars.

Location

Located in the south of Tuscany, the coast of Ansedonia is a very popular destination for sea lovers. The rocky promontory of Ansedonia (114 meters above sea level) lies close to the long sandy beach of Feniglia. Overlooking the sea, Ansedonia consists of villas hidden in the vegetation. The resort is very quiet even in summer, ideal for families. On the slopes of the promontory on the right and on the left, we find the beach with bathing establishments and restaurants on the shore, where even out of season it is pleasant to enjoy a seafood spaghetti facing the sea. The closest village is Orbetello, where you will find all the essential facilities and some good restaurants. Ansedonia is also a perfect point of departure for visiting the Tuscan Maremma, Monte Argentario and the Tuscan archipelago. With its medieval villages and tuff towns, such as Capalbio and Pitigliano, the Maremma countryside will enchant the traveller in search of authentic experiences. Sea lovers will experience the pristine beauty of the costs of Argentario and the dream bays of Giglio and Giannutri islands. Nature lovers will appreciate the Feniglia nature reserve, to be discovered on foot or by bike. Near the villa you can also play tennis, go horse riding and play golf.
